Red and Black Floral Mini

This has been one of my most-loved Sylvester pieces.It's super easy and comfortable to wear, and looks fantastic on, either casually styled with flats, or dressed up with boots and stockings (so can be worn year-round). There is a waist tie so can also be worn loose or cinched in depending on how you feel. I called this a mini as it's reasonably short. Semi-sheer so requires a slip underneath.
