Beautiful Sylvester dress with silver ring tie details. I tried on this dress but have never worn it and it is in excellent condition with no marks, stains or pulls. It has a tie at the waist which fastens with double rings. Dress is a size Medium and would fit a size 10 or 12 depending on your measurements.
